First Look
Made in Nature Fruit Fusion Mix: (Non-Gmo) This is a tropical blend of fruits, with a bit of chocolate (cacao nibs). The fruit is all organic and the snack is non-gmo. Unfortunately, this contains coconut, which no one in my family eats.
Snapz Dried Apple Crisps: (Gluten Free) I love fried fruit and this is done right, chewy, tasty and fat free. At 50 calories a bag, these were a nice sweet treat without ruining my diet.
Snack Out Loud Power Puffs Sweet and Tangy BBQ: (Non-Gmo, Vegan, Gluten Free) These little puffs pack a nice BBQ spicy kick. There are no weird additives in these snacks, in fact, the first ingredient is navy beans!
Kameda Crisps Wasabi Peanut Mix (Gluten Free) My husband and I are not a fan of wasabi, much too hot for us. These are going to our friend who loves this spicy peanut mix.
Kutoa Blueberry Almond Bar (Non-Gmo, Gluten Free, Vegan) While I am not a huge fan of fruit/granoly type bars, this one is pretty good. Kutoa is a pretty great company, each bar purchased helps feed a child in need.
Honey Stinger Vanilla and Fruit Smoothie Energy Gel (Gluten Free) I am very familar with Honey Stinger, my husband I used to buy these when we are training for our last half marathon. These gel packs contain a nice boost of energy, especially useful when running 13 miles.
HomeFree Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten Free, Non-Gmo, Vegan) These are a family favorite and taste just like those chocolate chip cookies they used to have at McDonalds, only these are much better for you. We have had these in previous boxes and now buy them full size.
After this huge array of snacks, we are finally to the actual Snack Sack!
Pop Art Rosemary Truffle Gourmet Popcorn (Non-Gmo, Gluten Free, Vegan): I love mushrooms, so I really enjoyed this popcorn. The rosemary added a little different flavor than I have had in popcorn. Of everyone in my household, I think I am the only one who really loved this.
Veggie Straws Sea Salt Flavor (Non-Gmo) These chips are tasty but filled with veggies! These have 30% less fat than the leading chip. My 3 year old tried one and said “FRIES”, I am not about to correct him.
Boulder Canyon Sea Salt and Pepper Chips (Non-Gmo, Gluten Free, Vegan) I love Boulder Canyon's sea salt and vinegar chips. Their kettle chips are crunchy, but won't break your tooth. I honestly couldn't taste much pepper in these, but I thought they were still very good.
Food Should Taste Good Tortilla Chips (Non-Gmo, Gluten Free and Vegan) I have had these before and love them. They are tortilla chips made with flax seed. My husband doesn't care for flax seed, but but I think it gives the chips a great flavor, no salsa needed.
Final Thought: This box was packed with snacks and there was a little something for everyone in my family. I like that everything was not only tasty, but healthy as well. You can send this box to your office (or home), and have a box full of healthy snacks at your desk, no more fatty vending machine food.
