Wantable Makeup June 2015 Review
Wantable Makeup was my first Wantable subscription and it's still my favorite. I love trying new makeup and in my spare time, I love watching beauty YouTubers. For $40.00/month, you get a box of makeup curated to your preferences. When you sign up, you will fill out a style profile about your personal preferences. If you get one or more items that you don't like, you can return them for partial credit, or full credit. If you keep all your items, you will get a $4.00 credit to you next month.
Wantable ships by USPS and has free shipping.
First Look.
Wantable includes an information booklet with a list of everything in the box.
The inside of the information card has your profile preferences on the left a list of items in the box on the right. There is a retail price and a “your price”. Your price is the what you will get if you return an item.
This is a look at my makeup profile.
Au Natuale Organic Creme Highlighter Stick $32.00 This is a very easy to apply highlighter and it has a beautiful shimmer. A little goes a long way with this highlighter, so you just need a little bit.
Pout Shout Lip Gloss Sleepover – Pout SHOUT! $15.00 This pink is super-pigmented and is really bright. I am actually not sure how I really feel about this, because I never wear lip color this bright.
This is a look at the highlighter and the lip gloss swatches. The highlighter is much prettier in person.
Ferro Cosmetics Eye Candy Eye Shadow Sapphire Smoke $17.00 This mineral eyeshadow has a great color and you can build on the color to make a more dramatic smokey eye.
Ferro Cosmetics Mineral Blush Dessert Rose $21.00 This blush gives a soft pink blush color and blends in easily. The container has a twist top, so you let only a little product come to the top.
These are swatches of the eyeshadow and blush, I really love both of these.
Final Thought: This month had a total value of $85.00. I love the blush and eyeshadow were my favorite items in the box. I am still deciding on the lipgloss, but I really liked this box. Wantable is a great box if you love makeup and trying new brands. If you want to try Wantable, click here.
