ToGoSpa ships in a Priority Mail box, while it's not fancy, it does arrive very quickly!

First Look: There was actually a layer of bubble wrap on top, but that wouldn't have been an interesting photo.

Ice Water Eyes

Ice Water Eyes $12.50 each: These are designed soothe and de-puff tired eyes. These are my favorite of all the eyes, although they all work well.

Green Tea Eyes

Green Tea Eyes $12.50 each: The rejuvenating eyes are designed to lift and revitalize your eyes.

Coconut ToGoSpa Eyes

Coconut Eyes $12.50 each: The coconut eyes are white instead of clear and made to nourish the area under your eye.

Organic Coconut Oil Lip Balm in Love

ToGoSpa Organic Coconut Oil Lip Balm in Love: $8.00 This lip balm goes on thin but packs a nice amount of moisture.  The smell of lavender and peppermint/spearmint makes this lip balm smell fantastic.

Skinny and Co Oil Pulling -Peppermint: $11.50 I have never done oil pulling before and I was very nervous.  Oii pulling has several benefits: strengthen my immune system, whiten teeth, reduce gum inflammation and improve bad breath.

To use, put a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth and move the oil around your mouth for 5-20 mins.

The Test:  I was really leery to try this, but I wanted to see if it worked.  At first, it felt like I put a candle (It felt waxy) in my mouth, the peppermint made it easier to do.  Once the coconut oil softens to a liquid, it's not bad at all.  After one use my gums looked much healthier and my breath was fresher.  I think my teeth were a bit whiter, but it wasn't too drastic of a change.

Skinny and Co Coconut Oil: $10.00 You can use coconut oil for so many things: cuticle oil, lip balm, hair masks, and skin oil.  I have received some samples in boxes but I am glad to have a full size bottle.

There were brochures with more information about both of the Skinny and Co products.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $84.50.  I really was impressed with the oil pulling and I am going to try to do it on a regular basis.  Once you get over the initial “weirdness”, it's not bad.  I love getting more eyes.  I use them on a regular basis to combat the dark circles/bags from lack of sleep.  If you love ToGoSpa, you can try their subscription at this link.  Be sure to use the coupon boxmom to save 15% off your first box.

  1. Christine, June 14, 2015:

I actually subscribed and this was my first month (Love the Ice Water Eyes since January PopSugar) . I have never tried this coconut oil pulling thing – question though – after you open the bottles do you know if you are supposed to refrigerate them? I haven’t opened them because I have no idea afterward if it is like cooking oil and peanut butter (keep in pantry) or jelly and juice (refrigerate after opening).

  2. Subscription Box Mom, June 14, 2015:

You can leave it in the pantry after opening. It melts at 76 degrees, but it’s still okay in the melted stage. Unless it says refrigerate, you don’t have to. I did some “Googling” when I opened mine and that’s what I found.
