I really want to try the free Julep boxes but I’m still hesitant on committing to their subscription. Do you know if we can cancel by email so instead of by phone? 😀
You have to call, but I know many people who have called after hours and left a message. I have personally canceled by phone twice (I had mult subscriptions at one time) and it was easy, and absolutely no hassle. They did ask me why, but didn’t pressure me when I gave my reason. I really love their customer service.
You can also skip months on your account, so you don’t have to call right away, you can just skip.
