Citrus Lane June 2015 Review – 5 Year Old Boy + Coupons + Free Gift

Citrus Lane is a subscription for 0-5 year olds and each month, they send boxes filled with cool toys, books, snacks, personal care items and more. Both of my boys have subscriptions to Citrus Lane: ages (almost 6 and 3). This is the 5-year-old box for a boy.
Citrus Lane delivers between the 17th-24th of the month and ships by USPS.
There was a beach themed card your child can color and add family members to, then you can share the card on Facebook using the #CitrusLaneBaby.
The information card had a list of every item in the box, along with descriptions and coupons.
Hello Book from Hello Hanna $9.95 This is an accordion book with stickers, and die cuts so your child can create their own adventure story. L has received this in a past box, but he wasn't totally into it. He will like the stickers, but I am not sure if he is going to write in it. It will be great practice for Kindergarten though.
Stephen Joseph Fun Flyer $6.95 This flyer is like a Frisbee and can also be used in the water. It's lightweight, so if it hits someone, they won't get hurt. My kids love playing outside, so this is a great inclusion to the box.
Beach House by Deanna Caswell: $8.50 This book has pretty illustrations and is about a family trip to the beach. I took the hard back price and divided it in half, as I couldn't find the paper back version online.
This is a look inside the book.
Barbara's Snackimals Cereal $1.00 This cereal is organic, gmo-free and it's chocolate animal shaped cereal, so I know L will eat it.
So Awesome Wallet Cards $9.99 These cards feature shapes colors, along with the shape/color names in French and Spanish. These are cute and I might hang them in the play room area. I don't think L is going to be really excited about these (He knows his shapes and colors), but he can use them to learn French and Spanish words.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $36.43. I thought this box was okay, but it wasn't my favorite. My son is going to like the book, snack and flyer the best. I think L is getting a bit too old for Citrus Lane, so I am not sure how long we will keep it. The color shape cards are cute, but he knows all of them already. If you want to try Citrus Lane, there are two great offers.
