Better Half Box is a new lifestyle subscription box for men and women. Boxes are $39.95/month ($29.00 for the 1st month) and filled with 5-6 full sized products. Each box contains fashion, kitchen, food, beauty items and more, all picked around a specific theme.

My box was a bit banged up during transit, but everything inside was safe.
First Look: The theme for this month is “Movie Star Gorgeous”.
A full color information card was included in the box, along with recipes for a wedding cake martini and chocolate martini.
Two Sisters Spa Gourmet Bath Bomb – Black Raspberry & Vanilla $4.99 I actually hated baths until I was introduced to bath bombs in subscription boxes. I was really thrilled to see a bath bomb and this one smells like black raspberry/vanilla.
Luxurious Sugar Scrub Wild Orchid/Gardenia: $10.00 est (based on similar products) This is a special exclusive for Better Half Box and it has a wonderful floral scent. This sugar scrub is more of a body wash consistency, instead of just sugar granules, which makes for easy application.
Elanas Bows Geometric Elastic Hair Ties: $5.15 I think coral and turquoise must be the “in colors” for summer, because I am seeing them everywhere. I really love hair ties and I use them daily, unfortunately, they are always disappearing, so I am glad to get more.
Glamour Dolls Lip Cream $2.99 This a very creamy lip color and it's a pale pink color. I received the color “Duh” but some subscribers received “Juicy Melons”.
This is a swatch of “Duh”.
Gadgets and Gear Movie Trivia $14.99 C and I are total movie buffs and we had a blast with this game. We each like a completely different set of movies, so it makes for a fun time.
Stemless Wine Glass “Movie Star Gorgeous”: $4.00 est This glass is perfect for one of the martini recipes included in the box (yes, I know this isn't a martini glass). I love the pink font, because I won't have to worry about any of the men in my house taking it.
Dell Cove Spice Co Cocktail Rim Sugar Tin $4.25 You don't need to drink alcohol to use this sugar, it can be used with a Shirley Temple or other fruity drink. I am going to use this at my next dinner party. Some subscribers received purple or pink.
Crown Brush Makeup Set $30.00 If you read my blog, you know I love makeup brushes. This set includes 12 brushes, so you can apply product, blend, contour and groom. The brushes seem like nice quality and I was glad to add a few missing brushes to my “tool kit”.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $76.37 and it was quite the impressive box! Better Half Box emerged in the subscription box world with a bang and this box can compete with the big box companies. I love the movie star theme and the box was filled with items to make you feel and look gorgeous.
