Thread & Flourish is a new subscription box that sends hand crafted and handmade items from around the world. Boxes are $35.95/every two months. Each month, you will get a fair trade and handcrafted scarf with two fair trade surprises in each box.

What's in the box? You will receive a fair-trade or handcrafted scarf plus two other fair trade surprises every other month. Scarves are shipped out in January, March, May, July, September and November.

First Look
Thread and Flourish included a general card about their subscription.
There was a fold out information card that included each item and descriptions of each item.
Rose Quartz Bracelet from Bangkok, Thailand $5.00 This bracelet was made by members of the Hmong Hill Tribes of Northern Thailand. People in this area used to farm opium, but now they make handcrafts and weaving.
Organic Mango Cashew Bar from Pakistan, Uganda, Tunisia $2.25 This bar was soft a chewy. It is certified organic, gluten-free and vegan. The bar was sourced from small farmer in Pakistan, Burkina Faso, Uganda and Tunisia.
The scarf came in a little cloth bag, with a drawstring.
Silk Batik Scarf from Bali, Indonesia $70.00 This scarf is made from 100% silk, fair trade scarf. It was made by Murniadi, who is an Indonesian textile artist. This scarf was hand stamped using batik techniques. I am amazed at the quality a detail of the scarf. This is the prettiest scarf I have ever received.

Final Thought: This box had a total value of $77.25. I really was impressed with their first box and the scarf was really beautiful. The bracelet is really pretty and my husband really enjoyed the bar. If you want to try Thread and Flourish, use this link.
