First Look
The theme for May is “Fiesta Fiesta”. Each box contains “South of the Border” inspired snacks.
There were several snacks in the gluten-free box. The brochure lists everything in the box and lets you know if the snack is vegan, gluten-free, organic or non gmo.
NOGII Nuts About Berries Paleo Bar: This bar is from Elizabeth Hasselbeck's line of gluten-free products. This was a really soft chewy bar of nuts and berries. I don't like many bars, but this was really good.
Vintage Bee Hibiscus Creamed Honey: This is gluten-free, vegan all natural honey. This is made with raw honey and hibiscus flowers. I received this in my tasting box and it was fantastic on a biscuit I had in the morning.
Smooze Pink Guava and Coconut Fruit Ice: You freeze these and you will get an icy treat of coconut and pink grapefruit. As you know, I don't like coconut, so this is going to my dad.
Hail Merry Seasoned Raw Nuts: These almonds are seasoned with Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. I don't love the flavor, but my husband thought they were great.
Home Free Lemon Burst Cookies: These cookies were in the tasting box and they were fantastic. They have a great natural lemon taste and I am happy to have more.
Inka Crops Inka Corn: These were also in the tasting box, only in another flavor. These are chile picante flavor and they taste like corn nuts. I already ate these and they had a nice spicy kick.
Bell Plantation PB Thins: These tasty little peanut cracker/cookies were listed in my information booklet, but they weren't in my box. Bummer, because they were fantastic in my tasting box.
CookSimple Tamale Pie: This little kit has a tamale mix inside is filled with corn, chilies, black beans, and cilantro. This looks very tasty and you only need a handful of ingredients to make this.
I Heart Keenwah Herbes De Provence Quinoa: These look like cheese balls but much healthier. These puffy balls have a quinoa seasoning and they taste great.
Montana Mex Pure Seasoning: This is a combination of sweet and salty flavors. This is made with sea salt and cane sugar. I tasted it and it's a really great combination of flavors. I am going to take Love with Food's suggestion, and trying this on popcorn.
This is a look at the seasoning.
Schar Penna Pasta: This pasta is vegan and is a great tasting pasta. I have had this pasta in previous boxes, and it was fantastic.
Beanfields Bean + Rice Chips Rico De Gallo: I love Beanfields chips. These are a much healthier chip, but the chips taste great. These are vegan, corn free, all natural and have 4 grams of fiber and protein.
There were various promos and coupons included in the box, including a $100.00 Naked Wines gift card.
Final Thought: This box was really great box. I was bummed that the PB cookies weren't in the box, but it was just an oversight. I really loved the tamale kit and the pasta. I think that it is great there are items you can use for dinner, and not just snacks. You can save 50% on your Gluten Free box, just click HERE.

My PB thins weren’t in my box, either. I do like this box, first time trying. I think I might switch to the vegan cuts box though so I can avoid dairy and soy as well.
