The Gluten Free box comes in a big red box.
First Look: This box was jammed pack with snacks.
This month's box was curated by the Healthy Grocery Girl. Megan is a registered dietitian and nutritionist.
Inside the information card, there was a huge list of all the snacks. Love with Food also tells you if the snack is non-gmo, vegan, gluten-free and organic.
Original Ancient Grain Granola by Purely Elizabeth: This granola is made with gluten-free oats, low-glycemic coconut sugar and coconut oil. With all the coconut listed in this snack, I was sure I was going to hate it. This granola was fantastic and had nice cinnamon flavor. I can't believe I like something with coconut in it.
Gluten Free Pie Crust Mix by Bob's Red Mill: I love making strawberry pies, but I have never made my own crust. Since this mix is already made for me, I am going to try my first homemade crust.
Sea Salt Bops by Good Boy Organics: These chips are a favorite in our family. These chips are organic, gluten-free and non-gmo. They taste like a Ruffles potato chip, only with a slightly sweet flavor. I am saving these chips for my boys, and I may buy more in the online store.
Turbana Plantain Chips: A plantain is a cousin of the banana, but you would never know it from these chips. These look like banana chips, but they taste like a salty potato chip. In addition to being gluten free, these are non gmo and vegan.
Rhythm Superfoods Zesty Nacho Kale Chip: I never eat leafy greens (ie lettuce, kale etc), so I really didn't think these looked good. Again, I was surprised with how good these tasted. The chips are in little bunches and covered with nacho cheese flavor. They are crunchy, and you can almost pretend they are a regular chip. These have vitamin K, A and C. These chips are also vegan, organic, non gmo and gluten-free.
24 Carrot Orange Fruit Snack by Fruigees: This are packed with vitamins, nutrients and antioxidants. My pouch loving child T (age 3), gobbled this up. This is non gmo, gluten-free, vegan and organic.
Hemp Hearts by Manitoba Harvest: There is 10 grams of plant-based protein in three tablespoons of Hemp Hearts. These are gluten-free, vegan and non gmo. You can add these to a salad, or eat these right out of the bag.
Almond Butter Cacao Truffle by Two Moms in the Raw: My husband loves truffles and he thought this tasted great. This is organic, vegan, non gmo and gluten-free.
Morniga Organic Tea by Miracle Tee: This tea is vegan, organic and is apple/cinnamon flavored. My husband will enjoy this tea.
The Spice Hunter Mexican Seasoning: Our family loves Mexican, so we will use this season for our next taco night. This seasoning is vegan, organic and gluten-free.
Hail Merry Strawberry Macaroons: My parents love macaroons, so these are being saved for them. These macaroons are non-gmo, gluten-free and vegan.
The Good Bean Roasted Chickpeas: Chickpeas are a great source of nutrition and they are easy to just drop in your purse for the day. These chickpeas are gluten-free, non gmo, kosher and vegan.
There was a huge selection of coupons and offers from the companies featured in this box.
Final Thought: My family really enjoyed this month's Gluten Free Love with Food box. I didn't do a price breakdown on the box, but I think this box is well worth the $29.00. I love that Love with Food sends such a nice variety of snacks, so my whole family can enjoy each box. I don't follow a gluten-free diet, but I still really enjoyed this box.
