February 2015 Julep Maven Review + Free Boxes
I couldn't wait to get my February Julep Maven Box. This month, the theme was “The Afterglow Collection”. At first, I wasn't thrilled with this month's colors, but when I ended up completing my box, I had three additional add ons. If you are wanting to try Julep, I have some free box offers.
My box was a big Julep box. It was pretty heavy, so I was excited to dig in.
First Look
There was a general information card about this month's box, along with a free polish code and a quote. Use the code GETCOLOR to get a free polish with a $15.00 purchase.
Glow Highlighting Powder: This is a brand new product from Julep. This shimmer powder is gorgeous. It goes on very light, so it only shows shimmer. I was afraid to try this, because I am so pale, but this looks great on. I really love it.
Julep Lip Gloss in Lively This gloss is a beautiful pink/red color. I love this line of Julep gloss. This gloss goes on so smoothly and this has a beautiful color.

Karissa: This is a beautiful red/pink nail color. I love how vibrant this color looks.
Hartleigh: This is a special bonus polish that was sent to all Mavens. This has chunky heart glitter in it with smaller flecks of glitter. I love glitter polish, so this awesome.

I added on three different items to my box. My first add on was heart nail decal stickers. I thought these would be perfect for Valentine's Day.
Julep Fan Brush: I really love Julep Brushes. They have a nice weight on them and the brush is very soft. This was made to be used with the shimmer powder.
Ada: This is a new finish called “fizzy”. This looks like a beautiful rhubarb polish.

If you add on three items, you get a free bonus from Julep. I received the polishes Queen Anne and Tatiana. I already have both polishes, so I am going to trade or gift these.
Final Thought: I loved all my polishes and beauty products this month. I love the shimmer powder and it really looks beautiful on. The brush works great and is so soft. I am also super excited to give out my 5 Hartleighs. Julep is an awesome subscription and it is one of my favorites.
