November 2014 Starlooks Starbox Review + December Spoiler – Makeup Subscription Box

Starlooks sent me this box to review, is a makeup subscription box. Starlooks is a PRO quality makeup line, comparable to Makeup Forever, Sephora, M.A.C, Chanel, Dior, and other department store brands. Starlooks sends $35.00 – $99.00 worth of makeup, for only $15.00 a month. I really like Starlooks, because they send great makeup at an affordable price.

Cost: $15.00 a month

What's in the box? Every month, a box will be delivered to your door filled with 3-4 FULL SIZED pieces of STARLOOKS BRAND MAKEUP (plus some fun, little extras). Every box will include a different mix of product types including colors, styles, formulas, etc.

When am I billed? If you place your order between the 1st of the month and the 10th of the month, you will be billed for your first Starbox immediately. If you place your order after the 10th of the month, your card will be authorized for future payments, but will not be officially charged until the 1st of the following month. Your payments will then begin recurring on the 1st of every month, thereafter.

When will I receive my box? All Starboxes always ship within the 3rd and 4th week of each month. If you subscribe before the 10th of a particular month, you will receive your first box that same month. If you subscribe after the 10th of a particular month, your first Starbox will arrive the following month.

How do I cancel? Monthly Subscribers may cancel their subscriptions at any time with no cancellation fees by simply contacting the customer service team by phone (949) 679-0679 or email [email protected].

Starlooks ships by USPS in a white poly-mailer.

Starlooks changes up their boxes from month to month. For a $15.00 box, I think they have cute packaging.

The theme for this month is “Mineral Inspired”.

The back of the information card lists everything in the box. The font is a bit small, but Starlooks gives you all the information you need to use their products. I like beauty boxes that give tips on how to use their products.

Terri's Choice Infinity Lip Pencil (Matte): $14.00 This is a brand new product release by Starlooks, and it was sent exclusively to subscribers. This is a beautiful berry color and Starlooks says it was last for 8 hours of wear. I swatched it on my hand, and I found it difficult to get off. This seems like it will last for 8 hours.

Terri's Choice Infinity Lip Pencil (Matte): The Swatch

Wyld Longwear Pot Eye Liner $16.00 This can be used as a liner, cream shadow or it can be used to add some shimmer to areas of your face. It has a firm consistency, which makes it easy to apply as a liner.

Quartz Glitter $18.00: This is a microglitter than can be used in many ways. The color is a pretty rose with a touch of purple. You can mix the glitter with your primer for a glitter eye shadow. You can also use this glitter over a clear nail polish, for a glitter manicure. I tried it as a shadow, and I loved the results.

Rhinestones: Starlooks included five rhinestones. You can use these for anything you wish. I might add these to my journal.

Final Thought: This box has a total value of $48.00 and the cost of the box is only $15.00! Each of the products impressed me. I am the most excited about the microglitter. I am going to use the glitter and primer together for eyeshadow. The lip pencil is a beautiful deep berry color that is perfect for fall/winter. I also like the versatility of Wyld.
