How it works:
If you join the monthly membership, you can choose from getting 3 bottles a month sent to you, or 6 bottles a month. Either way, you will receive one box at the beginning of each month. You can choose if you want all red, all white, or a mix of red and white wines. You will be charged each month, either $45 or $75 dollars depending on the membership you ordered. This is a recurring monthly membership that will not end until you cancel. Our quarterly membership means you get 6 bottles delivered every 3 months, for a total of 24 bottles a year. You can choose if you want all red, all white, or a mix of everything. This is a recurring membership every 3 months until you cancel. Memberships ordered between the 1st and the 10th of the month go out immediately, orders placed after the 10th go out the following month.
How do I cancel/pause/skip a month of my club membership?
If you find you need to cancel, skip a month, or pause your membership, please send an email to [email protected] with your name and email address, and we will take care of you. Cancels must be made by the 25th of the month prior to shipping in order for us to process your request. *** Please note, a skip only lasts one month. If you need to pause, please provide the desired pause length. If you are pausing indefinitely, we will cancel your membership. If you'd like to be reenrolled, just send us an email and one of our associates will contact you for updated contact / billing / shipping information.
