September 2014 Dottiebox Review – Full Size Box + Mini Box
September 2014 Dottiebox Review
Dottiebox, sent me these boxes to review. Dottiebox is an artisan/indie subscription box that sends handmade goodies, coupons, and items from small businesses and indie brands. I love handmade products and items from independent artists. I have found that handmade items, are better made in most cases, than commercial products. There is also a mini Dottiebox that send 2-3 products for $10.00/month, plus $3.00 shipping.
The Details:
Cost: Dottiebox Full Size Box: $20.00/month Dottiebox Mini Box: $10.00/month
Shipping: Shipping is $6.00 for the full size box and $3.00 for the mini box. They ship anywhere in the US & to APO addresses.

When am I billed? You are billed within the first two days of the month.
When does it ship? Dottiebox subscriptions are sent out in the beginning of the month. Mini boxes are shipped the following week.
How do I cancel: “Either fill out our contact for on our ‘Contact Us' page, or email us at [email protected]. Give us your name, address, and e-mail address, and let us know that you are canceling. Please note that after you have been billed you can not cancel that box. You must cancel before the billing cycle that you wish to cancel for. Billing occurs within the first two days of every month.”

First Look
Dottiebox includes an information card and some general information cards about Dottiebox.
Stamped Cuff $15.00 Thunder Cats makes custom bracelets. This one says smile. You can get bracelets to say anything. These are also adjustable, which I love, since I have skinny wrists.
Scarlett Kitty fru fru fizzy bath bomb $5.00 I am really excited about this bath bomb. I have seen bath bombs in subscription boxes and I have always wanted to try one. This smells so good. They also have some cupcake bath bombs. Check out this one HERE.
Lisa Leonard Designs Tote Bag $15.00: This is a little tote bag with the phrase “Life is a Journey”. I honestly have about 3,000 tote bags of different kinds, but I can't get enough of them. I use them to take coupons to the store, diapers for a quick trip, or trips to the library.
Einvite.com stationary sampling: $5.00 This is an invitation company. They sent a sample of five cards with envelopes. They also include a code for 20% off with the code DOTTIEBOX20.

First Look
Dottiebox included a mini information card with general cards.
Flox Coasters $18.00: These are nice coasters. I am always loosing mine, so these will come in handy. These have four different pictures of birds.
Berry's Creations Loose Nail Glitter $4.00 This glitter is so pretty. It is a beautiful purple. I haven't tried nail glitter, but I love this color. I can't wait to try it.
Einvite.com stationary sampling: $5.00 Like with the full box, Einvite included 5 cards with envelopes.
The mini box had a total value of $27.00!
Final Thought: The full box had a retail value of $37.00 and the minibox had a retail value of $27.00. I thought both boxes had nice retail values. I love the bath bomb and I can't wait to use it. I actually want to buy some more bath products from their site. They looks so pretty. The mini box was really cute. I can't wait to use the nail glitter. If you want to try Dottiebox, click HERE.
