The Pantry Gourmet, BiteBox subscription sent me this box for review. BiteBox is a subscription box that sends gourmet artisan items from the best companies across the country. For $50.00 a month, you get 4-6 full size food items. You will also get Professional Chef derived delicious recipes that go with the items in the box. In addition to all this, you will get a wooden recipe box with your first box.

What's in the box: A monthly membership, providing top American Artisan products, hand picked from passionate producers across the USA. You will get 4-6 items in each box. You will also get Professional Chef derived delicious recipes that showcase the flavors of those items. Once you join we will send you a treasure box, or recipe box depending on how you view it, that will house your recipes each month nicely.
Shipping: Shipping is free and the box ships to the United States and it's territories. BiteBox ships by UPS.
When do you ship? BiteBox ships the 20th of the month. You can normally expect delivery of your Bitebox within 5-7 days of shipping.
When am I billed? Your billing cycle begins the day you place your first order. After that, you will be billed on the anniversary of your sign up date each month. For example, if you purchase your membership on May 10th, you will be billed the 10th of every month.

BiteBox ships by UPS and comes in a big white box. It was pretty heavy, so I was excited to see inside.
There was a very cute information card in the box.
Inside the information card was a detailed description of everything in the box.
BiteBox Bag $1.00: All the food items in the box were packed in this reusable bag.
Skillet Street Food Original Bacon Spread $10.00 This is made with bacon, vinegar and spices. This sounds amazing spread on a cheeseburger.
Sir Kensington's Ketchup $5.25 This is not your regular grocery store ketchup. This has 50% less sugar, and 33% less sodium than other ketchup. I am thinking some sweet potato fries with this ketchup would be great.
Slant Shack Jerky Original Flavor $6.75 Let me begin by saying I don't like jerky, but this stuff is amazing. I have truly never had jerky I liked. This is very mild and flavored with molasses, vinegar and basil. Even if you hate jerky, you may fall in love with this, I did.
Rufus Teague Whiskey Maple BBQ $6.95 This is all natural and gluten free. I am excited to taste the whiskey maple bbq sauces. I have never met a bbq sauce I didn't like, so I am sure this will be good.
Boise Ranch Rubs Baby's Got Back Rub $8.99: This is made with all natural ingredients, has no preservatives, it gluten free and no msg. I love BBQ in all forms. I can't wait to use this with some ribs.
Bourbon Barrel Foods Boubon Smoked Pepper $9.00: I don't use pepper much in cooking, but this looks good.
Another look
Recipe Box and Recipes est $6.00 There was a really nice wooden recipe box with dividers. There were also 9 recipe cards. Some of the recipes are: roast beef grilled cheese, baby back ribs, baked beans and roasted potatoes. I am actually excited to try every recipe. I love to grill and bbq and these recipes really appealed to my tastes.
Final Thought: The total value of this box was $53.94. This box was outstanding. This was probably my favorite food box I have reviewed. I love how all the items went together and the food was unique without being too weird for me. I was really happy with the value. The recipe box is so cute and very well made.
