Orange Glad July 2014 Review
Orange Glad, who sent this box for review, is a desert/sweet subscription box. You can get one box for $15.00 and each box is filled with yummy deserts and treats. If you don't want to share your goodies, you can double the treats for only $12.00 more! You won't get a Kit Kat bar in this box. You only get the best deluxe deserts Orange Glad can find. While I am normally a salt girl, I can't resist a good desert.
There was a problem getting my box in July, so mine was sent really late. Orange Glad ships a box within a box. This is the outside box.
The inside box is in a pretty white box and tied with a ribbon. There is also an information card enclosed.
Orange Glad always included a great information card. The front of the card includes ingredients for all the items in the box. As a mother of a child with a food allergy, I appreciate this!
The back of the card included a description of each product and when your should eat the treat.
Orange Cranberry Muffin Top by Seattle’s Favorite Gourmet Cookies and Dessert Co If you watch Seinfield, you know the best part of the muffin, is the top. This is super soft and moist. It is a combination of cranberries and orange, This was really good, both my husband and I love it!
Mezonos Maven Sliced Chocolate Babka: This is really soft chocolate bread. This chocolate taste was a bit strong for my husband, but I loved it. This more than chocolate bread, it is a delectable chocolate treat.
Freedom Star Sugar Cookies by Gianna’s Homemade Baked Goods What's not to love about sugar cookies. These were gone as soon as I opened them.
Orange Glad Ice-Dream Sandwich: This is Orange Glad's first confection. This is a butter sugar cookie with an icing in the middle. This reminds me of the cookies my dad made, when I was a kid. I loved this!
Chocolate Maven Hazelnut Cheesecake Brownie: This is what happens when cheesecake, marries a brownie, pure deliciousness. I am actually not a cheesecake fan, but the chocolate brownie makes this taste great.
