First Look
The theme this month was products to help you feel “Gorgeously Green”. This is a great theme for August. Fall is fast approaching and this theme helps you soak in those last rays of summer.
Bella Lynn Deodorant Cream $6.00 This has a nice fresh citrus smell. You just rub a bit under your arms. I am interested in trying this, but I have used the same exact deodorant for years. I am going to try this on a day hanging out at home, and see if it works.
Stall Mates: .40 cents: This wet wipe is portable, flushable and hypoallergenic. I always have wet wipes with me, when my 2 year old are with me. This is great for my purse, for those occasions when I have to use a port-o-pot or touch something germy.
Ellison’s Organics Nail Lacquer in Cast Your Care-ibbeans Away: $9.50 This polish is 3 free and a beautiful blue color.
Artisana Raw Coconut Butter: $1.00 est: I can't stand coconut, so I won't be eating this. I have heard you can use this in your hair, so I am going to try that.
Livia Pure Skin Creamy Shade Face and Body Protector $10.00: This has a spf of 30 and also helps improve your complexion. This smells like an Amaretto Sour. It is a nice smell, but it may be a bit strong all over my face.
Molly's Suds Laundry Powder: $5.50: This laundry detergent is 100% natural and is free from parabens and harsh chemicals. We use a name brand “free and clear” brand due to my family's skin sensitivity. I will try a small load with this first, and see how my family reacts. I feel confident that it will work nicely for skin sensitivity, since it is all natural. I like the idea of using something that is Earth Friendly.
The Good Bean Chickpeas (sea salt): .60 cents I was prepared to hate these, as previous chickpeas I have tried, have been very hard to chew. These are easy to chew and have a salty taste, just my kind of snack. These are really good and I will buy more.
Big Slice Kettle Cooked Apples: $2.69: These are cooked apples with raspberry hibiscus & green coffee extract. This has 90 calories, 3 grams of fiber, fat free, and gluten free. I did notice it also has 30 grams of caffeine. so this will be for me. My kids have to much energy as it is, they don't need any more.
Final Thought: This box had a total value of $35.69. When I did my You Tube unboxing, I felt the value was a bit low, but after pricing it out, I was presently surprised to see it had a higher than cost value. I love the nail polish and chickpeas the most. I am excited to try a new natural laundry detergent I am nervous about the deodorant, but I am going to try it out.
