There are three different boxes, The Fly Only Subscription Fly Packs are $15.00 and packed with flies to help you try new patterns, new species, and new regions. The Fly/Gear Combo is $20.00 and packed with flies and tackle such as leaders, split shot, strike indicators, and other fly fishing products. Finally, The Fly Tier Subscription is the best way to get materials, try new patterns, and keep your tying materials stocked up. When you sign up, you will get the materials and recipe to try a new pattern each month. When you sign up for a subscription, you fill out a subscription, so The Fly Pack can send you the best items geared to your preferences.

What's in the box? The Fly Only Subscription sends new flies each month. The Fly/Gear Combo sends flies and other gear each month. The Fly Tier gives you materials to help you make your own fly.
When does the box ship? 15th of the month
Can I cancel? Month to month Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time. The recurring billing is done on the 1st of each month. If you order a 3, 6, or 12 month Subscription and are unsatisfied with the products they will refund the remaining subscription value.

The Fly Pack ships in a little box by USPS. I will note, I do not fish, so I can't speak professionally about the quality of the flies/products.
First Look: There was not an information card with this box, but the names of the flies were printing on the lid of the box.
Muddler Minnow
Gray Ghost
Hornberg Dry
Hornberg Wet
Mickey Finn: I thought this one was pretty and reminds me of Mickey Mouse. I am guessing that is the source of the name.
High Horse Naked Floatant: You put this on your flies to help them float on the water.
Reel Local Drink Coozie: This will come in handy on a day of fishing.
Fly Case: The Fly Pack included a carrying case to store your flies.
Final Thought: The Fly Pack Combo subscription sends not only flies, but cool gear to help you on a fishing trip. While I am not a fisherman, this box included a variety of items for people who fly fish. I could see this being a fun box if you want new flies that many not be available to you locally.
