Pijon March 2014 – Discount – College Subscription Box
Pijon is a college subscription box that sends hope and love to college students. This is not just a care package, because Pijon gives back to Project Night Night. Project Night Night donates over 25,000 care packages each year to home children. These care packages are filled with a security blanket, a book (age appropriate), and a stuffed animal, all tucked in a canvas bag. I love companies that give back, and ones that give back to children are even better. Pijon's subscription boxes are $29.00 a month and are filled with 5-6 products with a $40-$55.00 value.

Pijon arrived by USPS. I received the March 2014 for Women.
I was excited to see some tortilla chips in the box.
Pijon included a post card with all the products on the box. This month's theme was Get Energized.
Pan De Oro Organic Tortilla Chips $1.75: These are made with organic corn and are garlic herb flavor. They had a nice garlic flavor and would go great with some spicy dip.
Plump for Joy Thickening Hair Lifter from Not Your Mother: $5.99: This lifts and thickens hair for that added boost. I have very thick hair, so I won't be using this. This is for fine, thin hair.
Energems: $6.00 $3.00: Each piece has 15 calories, b vitamins and caffeine and they taste really good. They are about three times the size of m&m's and they taste fairly similar.
TOCCS Panorama Earbuds $29.00: These work well with my iPhone. I like to run with music, actually I can't run if I don't have music. These are great to have on hand.
Revolution Tea: $1.31 This came with three different teas: Peach Mango Green Tea, Blackberry Jasmine Oolong Tea, and Raspberry Black Tea. Pijon says this great for hydration for workouts. A cup of tea has the health benefits as a cup of veggies. I don't drink tea, but my husband does.
Final Thought: The total value was $44.05. I liked that this box was themed around exercise and fitness. I am training for some big races, so this box was perfectly themed for me. I love the earbuds and the chips. I will pass the hair product onto a friend and my husband will drink the tea. I might try the Energems tomorrow for my 10 mile run!
