Every month, BirdieBox sends a mix of the hottest golf, lifestyle and nutritional items curated to match your profile and packaged in a stylish box. There is a box for men and a box for women.

What's in the box? Every month you will receive a box filled with golf, lifestyle and nutritional items from the brands you should and want to know. Each box will contain a total of two or more items relating to the categories mentioned here.
How do I fill out my profile? Your profile page is available as soon as you create your BirdieBox account. The profile page is a short questionnaire regarding golf and lifestyle questions that will help the team get to know you better. Please note that some questions allow you to choose multiple answers.
When will my box ship? You will receive your first BirdieBox in the following month after you sign-up. (If you sign up in January you will receive your first box in February) Every BirdieBox will be shipped from our fulfillment center on the East Coast on the 15th of the month and arrive within 5-10 business days after they ship.
When I be billed? When you place your order for the monthly membership, you will be billed for your first BirdieBox immediately. You will then be billed on the first day of each month after your first shipment.
How do I cancel? All 1 month subscriptions are set to auto-renew at the end of the first month. Please contact [email protected] to cancel your monthly subscription, if you do not wish to auto-renew. To cancel your monthly subscription, make sure to send in your cancellation request before 12 AM Eastern Standard Time on the DAY BEFORE rebilling, otherwise you will continue to be billed for the following BirdieBox.
